So as some of you may know from reading earlier posts, I'm an American who signed up for Nu Skin in Korea. Now I can sign people up from Korea, America, or any other country, so that's not important. And the Executive track in Korea is tougher than in many other countries including America.

Now I could change my number to a US number. I thought about it. Then I found a bigger problem. Someone in my upline finally came through with the US starter business kit. I read it all, even the terms.

In the terms I read that I was not allowed to make a web site about Nu Skin, Pharmanex, Big Planet or any of their products! I thought oh no, my blog has to go or at least become totally generic with all instnaces of tradenames and trademarks removed.

I read that with approval, Blue Diamonds or Hawaiian Blue Diamonds could have web sites about the company. I figured why not call my case worker and ask for approval even if I'm not yet a blue diamond.

To my amazement, he said "no problem". In the Korean contract (which I didn't understand) there's no section banning talking about the company online. The US and Korean contracts and terms are totally different, it seems.
